Gidi offers yoga and meditation classes for groups and individuals. He adapts and attunes his teachings to create the best experience for participants, including beginners and more experienced students.
Yoga with Gidi offers a journey towards stillness integrated with the movement of life that follows the principles of Rājayoga, known as the ‘king’ of all yogas. Rājayoga enables the yogi to reach the illustrious king: one’s Self. Its guiding principle is the discovery of one’s intrinsic true nature.
Classes provide a well-grounded platform for development, ranging from the psychology and philosophy of yoga to its physical and esoteric aspects. Gidi’s teachings draw on Hatha yoga, with its focus on physical techniques, and tantra, the esoteric traditions of Hinduism and Buddhism including Dzogchen. Students are encouraged to holistically weave together and harmonise the physical, mental and spiritual domains.
Gidi is committed to guiding his students with ease and grace. Through supporting students to understand yogic philosophy, Gidi frees students to reveal a more aware person in thought, action and devotion.
